Reservations and Deposits:  A one night deposit is required, with the balance due upon arrival.  There is a two-night minimum stay requirement.   

Methods of Payment:  Deposits and balance payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash/check or by money order. 

Cancellations:  Deposits will be returned in full for reservations cancelled more than seven days prior to your expected arrival date.  Deposits for reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

Arrivals & Departures:  Check-in around 3 pm on arrival date.  Check-out around noon on departure date.  Minimum check-in age is 21.   

Occupancy: Each cabin shall be occupied by no more than 4 adults or 2 adults with children. 

Linens:  Sheets, pillow cases and towels are provided upon arrival.  Fresh towels are provided daily.

Pets:  Pets are allowed only with prior notification and approval from Snooty Fox management.  At no time may pets be left unattended in a cabin, unless crated.  The Renter shall be responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

Smoking:  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. 

Pond: The pond is for your viewing pleasure only.  As this is an "ornamental pond", entrance into the water is strictly prohibited.  Please do not permit pets to enter the pond. 

Recreational Fire Pit:  Fires may be made only in the designated fire pit.  Firewood may be purchased locally and is not provided by the Snooty Fox.

Lost Keys:  If Renter has lost or does not return keys, a replacement fee of $20 will be charged.

Cleaning:  Housekeeping is not provided by the Snooty Fox during your visit.  All furnishings should be returned to their original locations.  All dishes and silverware should be cleaned and put away. (Plastic can be discarded)  Kitchen counters should be wiped clean.  Refrigerators should be emptied of all food.

Ordinances and Statutes:  All occupants and their visitors shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the use of the property.

Damages:  The Renter shall be responsible for any damages or alterations caused by the Renters negligence and that of any occupant, visitor or pet.

Liability:  The Renter agrees not to use or allow the property to be used in any way so as to create any nuisance, and not to use or allow the property to be used in such a way as to create claims, loss, expense or damage to any person or property in or upon the property.
